All orders are processed according to product availability and production time.

Out-of-stock / Made-to-order items

Approximately 15 days to handcraft + 5 days in transit (total approximately 20 days)

 

If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated on the product page. You may contact us for availability and lead times at 9580996011. A tracking ID will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

Shipping charges for orders below ₹5,000 are based on the total weight of the items in your order and will be shown at checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or color mismatch. We only accept claims for items that arrive damaged or broken in transit.

 

🛡️Damaged-in-Transit Claims

If an item arrives damaged, follow these steps so we can process your claim quickly:

📸 Record a clear unboxing video that shows the package condition and the damage to the product.

⏰ Submit the video and order details within 12 hours of receiving the package via email or WhatsApp to 9580996011.

We will review the evidence and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund. The resolution will be communicated as soon as the review is complete.

 

Claims submitted without clear video proof or submitted after 12 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

 

🚫 Cancellation Policy

 

1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner and is in transit, no cancellation requests will be entertained.

 

2. How to Cancel

  • To request a cancellation, please get in touch with us immediately at 9580996011 (WhatsApp/Call) or email us with your Order ID.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once a cancellation request is accepted (for non-dispatched orders), the refund will be initiated.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

 

4. Handcrafted/Custom Orders

  • Since our articles are handcrafted, we put in significant effort starting from the moment the order is placed. We request that you cancel as early as possible to avoid material wastage.

 


Exceptions & Notes

  • We cannot accept returns for wear, misuse, or damage that occurs after delivery beyond the initial transit condition.
  • If a product is marked out of stock but you need it urgently, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at 9580996011 to discuss availability and lead time.
